My Journey into Massage Therapy
A personal experience that completely changed my perspective on the power of healing touch. After undergoing surgery, I needed Lymphatic Drainage Massage for several months to aid my recovery. Initially, I didn’t know much about it, but as I progressed through my treatment, I was astonished by the results, not just in how I felt, but in the visible improvements I could see in my body. What stood out to me the most was how much of a difference this treatment made, both physically and mentally. It eased my discomfort, sped up my healing, and made me feel so much better in myself. But beyond that, my massage therapist played a huge role in my journey. She was incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and supportive, always ready to answer my many questions. She didn’t just provide treatment she educated me on the importance of massage, how it works, and the various benefits it offers
As we built a rapport, she also shared her experiences in the industry, offering advice on what types of massages were most in demand and how she built her own practice. Her encouragement and expertise planted a seed in my mind - what if I could do this for others? What if I could help people feel the way she helped me feel?
That thought quickly grew into a deep desire to learn, and before I knew it, I was on the path to becoming a fully qualified massage therapist. Going through the training, understanding anatomy, and learning different techniques only strengthened my passion. Now that I’m on the other side, I truly understand the impact massage therapy can have.
I’ve been where many of my clients are feeling discomfort, stress, and uncertainty about their bodies. Sally
I had a Swedish massage from Zoe and found it to be very relaxing and calming experience. Zoe is very caring and knowledgeable. I had no side effects and felt much easier the next day. I would highly recommend her.
Hi,
I slept like a log last night after my massage and it was the first time in a long time. My leg wasn't restless at all, but my back still had pain, but I know it's not a quick fix.
Sorry I haven't checked my calendar yet, but I will definitely let you know of the next date by the weekend. x
Hi, good, had a fab sleep again, leg has been better not as restless. X
Hey,
I'm feeling okay. Was very relaxed when I got home and actually had a fairly good nights sleep for me. I've felt cold today but not sure if that's a side effect. xx
